ASPEC is managed by a core group of highly qualified and experienced specialists in the fields of environmental science, natural resource planning, hydrology, geomorphology, ecology, biology, chemistry, chemical engineering, GIS and socio-economics. Our range of services include landuse planning, natural resource planning, environmental planning and initiation, environmental feasibility studies, environmental impact assessment, monitoring, environmental data processing, analytical services covering water, air and noise and environmental project management.

Over the years, ASPEC has widened its clientele base and today many of the key clients are both Governmental agencies and large private and public corporations. ASPEC has been very active in providing environmental consultancy services to the Putrajaya Federal Administrative Areas where development has been taking place at a very fast pace. To date we have completed more than 100 Environmental Management Plans (EMPs), Environmental Management Reports (EMRs), Environmental Management Compliance Plan (EMCP) for Putrajaya Holdings and Putrajaya Corporation. As a subsequent follow up, we have also carried out environmental monitoring and auditing for many of their projects.
