Towards this end, the Firm maintains an array of sophisticated air, noise and water monitoring equipment which are calibrated annually to ensure accuracy. The Firm’s monitoring and auditing experience of over 14 years is extensive, ranging from monitoring residential developments to industrial power plants to auditing of recent development of governmental buildings in Putrajaya. Environmental monitoring, auditing and surveillance must be conducted to ensure compliance with the regulations and conditions laid down by the Department of Environmental (DOE) prior to the commencement of a project. These include monitoring of parameters such as water, air and noise quality (see illustrations below).
