Asia Pacific Environmental Consultants Sdn Bhd (ASPEC) is a professional, wholly-owned Malaysian consultancy firm established in 1991 in response to an urgent need for multi-disciplinary consultancy services in the field of environment and resource planning for development projects in the country.
The firm is one of Malaysia’s leading environmental and resource planning consultancy groups. Its foundation lies in providing pragmatic, cost-effective and timely consultancy services including training to address a wide range of disciplines in the fields of landuse, terrestrial, aquatic and marine biological resources, local and regional planning, socio-economy, hydrology, river basin and water resources planning and digital mapping.
